During the span of a single football game (approximately 3 hours),three Americans will die from melanoma--the deadliest form of skin cancer. A simple skin cancer screening with a dermatologist can be life-saving, and that’s why the New York Giants are teaming up once again with Melanoma Exposed™, a national campaign designed to educate Americans about melanoma and its risk factors and encourage people to take a more active role in their skin health. As part of the campaign, the Giants have screened more than 800 fans for skin cancer and the team wants to break the 1,000 mark this summer! Join the Giants once again for free skin cancer screenings at this year’s pre-season home game against Indianapolis and help them reach their goal! Big Blue Fans, melanoma is almost always curable when caught early and treated properly – and getting screened takes about 10 minutes. We hope to see you in August!
