The letter states:
"To Hoboken City Council:
The Hoboken Chamber of Commerce supports the bond ordinance that would plan for a redesign of Washington Street, the front door to hundreds of businesses in Hoboken.
The plan would repave all of Washington Street and redesign the streetscape, making the street more inviting and attractive not just to residents, but to the visitors so many businesses rely on to thrive. These upgrades to our key shopping district will help our merchants and positively impact our local economy.
We urge the City Council to vote yes on Wednesday in support of this bond.
Sincerely,
Michael Novak, President
Hoboken Chamber of Commerce"
For more about the proposed bond, read the briefs and letters page in this weekend's Hoboken Reporter.

Anothe plan to make Hoboken a better place to live and do business falls to political sabotage.
Hopefully the long dormant Hoboken Chamber of Commerce will do more to help the Hoboken's business community then the occasional press release and tweeet.
