Stevens student's death investigated in Jersey City

The Hudson County Medical Examiner is investigating the circumstances involved in the death of Yuyang Zhuo, a graduate student from Stevens School of Technology on Feb. 11. Zhuo, who was pronounced dead on the scene, either jumped or fell from the 26th floor of a Newport area residential building, according to Jersey City police officials. His body was recovered about 5 p.m. on Feb. 11.

Jersey City Police spokesperson Bob McHugh said the city police are working with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office and the Hudson County Medical Examiner’s Office to determine that occurred.
