This will be an evening of astronomy and solstice traditions. Those who attend will build their own comet, make a Yule log, create and eat Asian rice-ball solstice treats, and much more.

Adults must accompany children and preregistration is required which is $5 per person and $4 for MEC members. The event is open to all ages and will be held at the Meadowlands Environment Center at Two DeKorte Park Plaza in Lyndhurst.
