A mass of Christian burial was celebrated May 1 at St. Joseph’s Church for Frank G. Custode, 65, of Jersey City. He passed away at his home on April 27. Born in Jersey City, Frank was a lifelong resident. He was recently retired as parts manager for Ricoh Copying. Frank loved life and had many various interests and hobbies. He was a drummer, and avid Giants fan, car enthusiast and a collector of old phonographs, record players and videos. Frank was an Army veteran who served his country in Vietnam. He was also a longtime communicant of St. Joseph’s Church. Frank is survived by his mother, Pauline Custode and predeceased by his father Joseph Custode; nephew of Frances and Roxanne Custode. Also surviving are many cousins, Godsons and friends too numerous to mention. He will be missed by everyone in his neighborhood and parish community. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
