Come spring, the City of Brotherly Love is going to get a little bit of the mile-square city.

Philly.com has reported that the "Cake Boss," Buddy Valastro of Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, is going to open a new bakery in the Rittenhouse Square area of Center City, in Philly.

Valastro opened a new location last year in Times Square, and has several operations in New Jersey.

Just more evidence that Hoboken is taking over the world.

Maybe next, Philly can have its own "Real Housewives" franchise as well!

I just saw an episode of bakery boss where he was at Oteris Bakery in Philly. You were here to help them and now you are here to compete with them? I don't understand that. Philly has many great bakeries I don't think we need Buddy. Don't be so greedy leave philly alone we don't need you or you horrible tasting high priced cakes. If people want to shop at Carlos bakery it's a short car ride or train ride.
