To the Editor:

Sunday, April 28, was a glorious day for the 31st Annual Citywide Communion Breakfast hosted by Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. On behalf of the Officers and Members of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Rosary Society, I would like to thank the committee members who tirelessly worked to make this event a success: Michele Budny, Marie Baranowski, Anne Juncewicz, Sandra Kleczynski, Bernadette Kline, Margaret LoPresti, Genevieve Macon, Evelyn Magarban, Pat Mirabella, Christine Piscitelli, Theresa Rogozenski, Mary Szemiot, Rosie Tsong-Diaz, and Helen Venner.

Thank you to Kerry Fryczynski of the Fryczynski Funeral Home for his donation of the bookmarks; thank you to Natasha Rogozenski for her donation of the Calla Lily centerpieces on each table.

Thank you to our pastor, Rev. Msgr. Ronald J. Marczewski, for his assistance and for his lovely homily at our Mass and to Rev. Alfie A. Pangilinan, moderator of St. Henry’s Rosary Society, for co-celebrating our Mass. Thank you to Fr. Robert Pachana for helping to plan our liturgy. To the presidents of the Bayonne Rosary Societies, I offer my sincere thanks for their guidance. Thank you to our guest speaker, Sister Antonelle Chunka, Director of the Promise Outreach Program, for her most enjoyable talk and her encouraging words for the future of the Rosary societies. Thank you to Joseph’s Florist/Jersey City and Sacalis Florist/Bayonne for their superior service. Thank you. Councilman Ray Greaves for attending our event. Thanks to Victor and the staff of the Chandelier for their impeccable service and delicious brunch. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to the Rosarians and guests who attended.
