A zany musical adaptation, with singing and dancing, of Hans Christian Anderson’s classic fable “The Emperor’s New Clothes” is coming to the Hudson Theatre Ensemble as part of its Silly on Sixth! Children’s Series.
“The Emperor’s New Clothes” and its all-adult cast will delight children ages 3 to 10 while entertaining their families in the 11th season of the Hudson Theatre Ensemble Children’s Series, Silly on Sixth!
Cast members include Laura DiCerto, Brian Morgan, Paige O’Malley, Florence Pape, Douglas Santiago, and Nicole Spano.
The performance schedule is Saturday, June 11, Sunday, June 12, and Saturday, June 18. All shows are at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
The Hudson School Performance Space is at 601 Park Ave., Hoboken. Tickets are $6 for kids, $10 for adults. The ensemble’s ground-floor theater is completely barrier-free and accessible to persons with disabilities.
