To the Editor:

We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to two wonderful organizations that recently made donations to the food pantry at Our Lady of the Assumption Church.

First, to the wonderful, hardworking group of volunteers known as “Bayonne’s Finest Angels” at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church. Through their fundraising efforts, they selected our food pantry as the recipient of their efforts, to which we are extremely grateful. Secondly, we also received a wonderful donation from the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce to aid us in our efforts to help the poor and needy of our community here in Bayonne.
