HUDSON COUNTY -- In our newspapers this weekend is a story about the recently approved medicinal marijuana site in Secaucus. Will New Yorkers try to get to it so they can get the treatment?

Crain's New York reports: "The list includes a center in Secaucus, a short trip from New York. New Jersey will require proof of New Jersey residency to access the treatment. But High Times Senior Cultivation Editor Danny Danko predicted that resourceful New Yorkers would find a [way.]"

The medical cannabis laws require residency in their State except for Montana which will add any human being to the registry. The smart New Yorkers would establish residency in Maine. Once your registered their Rhode Island offers reciprocity with every every other medical cannabis jurisdiction. So the smart New Yorkers who get registered in Maine obtain their medicine in Rhode Island.

The medical cannabis problem that NJ is going to suffer is because it's too strict, which is going to leave a substantial number of very sick people locked out in the cold.
