Columbus Park in Hoboken was very crowded Sunday morning, Oct. 28.
The storm is expected to cause wind damage and flooding through Hudson County, New Jersey Tuesday and possibly Wednesday.
Meanwhile, supermarkets were more crowded than on Saturday.
Hoboken schools are closed for Monday.
