Dear Editor

I want to thank all those who voted in this past Tuesday's election for contributing to the highest turnout in the City of Hoboken.

I've been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from you - my neighbors - that made me the top vote-getter in the 4th Ward.

However, due to questionable absentee patterns from two of my opponents, we are forced into a run-off. While many of you have called for us to challenge these curious and questionable voter abnormalities, I will leave that for other professionals to decide. Nevertheless, I am simply going to focus all my energies on the run-off, Tuesday June 12.

To those who came out to the polls to support me this week - my campaign, my family and I all thank you. To those of you who didn't vote or voted in favor of another candidate, I hope I can encourage you to reconsider and support my candidacy for reelection.

This is a serious election, with serious stakes for our neighborhood and our families. Through faith, optimism, cooperation and hard work - we can accomplish great things for the 4th Ward.

Although I received your overwhelming support, I am not taking anything for granted. If you need to register, have questions, or are concerned about absentee fraud please do not hesitate to call my campaign office at 201-222-2622. Again, I hope I can count on your support on Tuesday, June 12.

Thank you,
Christopher Campos
4th Ward Councilman
