In reference to the letter about "the list" being a scam, I sure hope that is not so. I am on the list for nearly seven years and still waiting. I have often been told that no one is moving out, and the people in the building are just changing apartments. Uh huh, yeah!
Anonymous said they are moving new tenants in at an alarming rate. Isn't that funny, I just never move up the list. Could that be because the list is depleted for the honest people who have been waiting?
I also think there should be serious in-depth investigations, from both HUD and Empire State Management Co. in NY, and perhaps put the fox in a cage, not the hen house. I personally will be writing to both and hope all honest people on the list will do the same.
I also will remain anonymous for now.
