On Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2009 a fun party was sponsored by West New York Mayor Silverio “Sal” Vega and the Board of Commissioners at the center in West New York.
Attending the party was United States Congresswoman from New York Nydia Velazquez and Hudson County Sheriff Juan M. Perez.
