HOBOKEN – Hello, Halloween fans! Hoboken has announced that their annual Ragamuffin Parade begins at 3 p.m. on Halloween, Monday, Oct 31.
The line of march begins at 2:30 p.m. on Washington Street between 13th and 14th Streets. The parade features bands, floats, and more, followed by a costume contest at the Little League Field on Fifth Street. Prizes are awarded in five age categories.
