Dear Editor: We need caring adults 18 years and older to help bring Girl Scouting to all girls.

Without adults playing many pivotal roles, Girl Scouting could not happen. Whether you are a leader, advisor, parent or guardian, volunteer, or mentor, you awaken in girls their promise to develop their full potential. Research shows that the influence one caring adult has on a child will last a lifetime.

Helping girls grow strong is a fulfilling and inspiring challenge and being involved means something different to everyone. You can tailor your participation so that it fits right into your life.

What do adults in Girl Scouts do? They expand horizons, build values, create a better future and make a difference.

Please contact Fanny Ramos at 973-746-8200 Ext. 145. You can also email Fanny at framos@gscgehc.org.

Thank you, Girl Scout Council of Greater Essex & Hudson Counties Montclair, NJ
