Legendary singer and songwriter Leon Russell will headline Hoboken's art and music festival on Sunday, Sept. 27.
Russell wrote Joe Cocker's song "Delta Lady," as well as the Carpenters' "Superstar." He also wrote "A Song for You" and had a hit in 1972 with "Tight Rope." He has performed with many rock superstars.
