Dear Editor:
Saint Pat’s Day has nothing to do with, or I should say should have nothing to do with getting rowdy, obnoxious, and drunk in a bar! It’s about Saint Patrick driving the snakes out of Ireland. I am part Irish, and I dread with a capital “D” Our Town’s up coming annual “event”. This is nothing more than putting a lot of money in the local bar coffers at our communities safety and expense! I for one feel like a “prisoner in my own home town every year! Let’s stop this foolishness and ban the going on!
