Chinua Anderson
JERSEY CITY AND BEYOND -- Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio said Thursday that Chinua Anderson of 4/6 Myrtle Avenue in Jersey City was arrested late Tuesday night and charged with the stabbing of a homeless man on Monday night.
Anderson, 40, appeared in court Wednesday and was charged in the death of George Jamison. He was also charged with two counts for possesion of a weapon with deadly intent.
He was arraigned and bail was set at $500,000. He is currently at Hudson County Correctional Center, according to DeFazio.
DeFazio declined to reveal whether Anderson had any prior convictions.
