Union City still cleaning up after eight-alarm fire Wednesday night

UNION CITY -- Union City was still dealing with displaced residents from an apartment fire at 21st Street and Bergenline Avenue Wednesday night. The fire raged for 10 hours and affected five apartment buildings. It was determined to have started in the basement.
