Ungrateful

I have a roof over my head,
I have someone to share my bed,
I have a job –
And though a child is what I need
to somehow make my life complete,
This I can’t have.

Charged with murder in the first degree,”

Newborns are tossed in garbage cans...
Why can’t they toss one in my arms?
I just want to be a mother. – Jacqueline Hallenbeck
