Services were held on June 8 at Monumental Baptist Church for Olympia Sumter, 38, who passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012. A Jersey City police officer for 13 years, she is the daughter of Johnnie; mother of Jerlyssa; also survived by four sisters and two brothers. Funeral arrangements were by the Plinton Curry Funeral Home, Westfield.
