HUDSON COUNTY -- In honor of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Essex, Hudson, and Union counties, over 900 people will come out to bowl on Saturday, Sept. 8 in Jersey City at Hudson-Bayonne lanes and Sunday, Sept. 16 in West Orange at Eagle Rock Lanes. The event includes bowling, food, and prizes. Groups of people can form a team.
"We have so many children who need a caring adult mentor in their life, " said senior mentor manager Lakasha Street. Bowl for Kids' Sake will generate much-needed support to allow us to match those children with positive role models."
