THE JEWEL IN THE CROWN – Cast Iron Lofts is the latest high end residential building from City Home and Gardens.

Cast Iron Lofts is the jewel in the crown of an extensive portfolio of high end residential housing units that the developers at City Homes and Gardens are building.

This innovative project is comprised of 155 loft residences for rental, along with retail, and an on-site restaurant. As in the past, founder Sanford Weiss has maintained an unwavering commitment to quality and innovative design.

All the units are spacious lofts with 10 ft. ceilings, signature exposed ductwork, high end finishes including stainless steel and granite, hardwood floors and oversized windows. Most units have expansive New York skyline views and the rest have sunset views.

There are units ranging from studios with study to 3 bedroom plus study to accommodate a growing family. The building has many features, such as a large courtyard picnic area, dog run and dog washing station, bocce court, indoor parking, shuttle service to the path and 24 hour concierge service.

This premiere project is located at 837 Jersey Ave, an area known as Soho West or south of Hoboken. It sits at the crossroads of Hoboken and downtown Jersey City where one can take advantage of all the fabulous restaurants shopping cultural events that both cities have to offer. For commuters, there is a shuttle service to PATH and for frequent travelers. Newark airport is a 20 minute car ride.

City Homes and Gardens has a stellar reputation for creating beautiful high quality residential housing. Most recently building The Cliffs, also located in Jersey City, which boasts 100 percent occupancy since its inception. Some other successful projects on their roster include the Sugar House in Paulus Hook. The Skyclub, the Metropolitan and the Courtyard at Jefferson, all in Hoboken.

Despite the downturn in the economy, City Home and Gardens continues to build new projects with several more on the horizon. They attribute their success to two factors, always building with quality and making sure it is a place they would call home. For information about this exciting new community call (201) 795-3500.
