HUDSON COUNTY — Accuweather is predicting a winter storm with mixed snow and rain for Wednesday and Thursday, and some news outlets said it could be a nor’easter. However, forecasters said Sunday evening that the storm may only have a light impact on the Northeast.

On Sunday evening, Forecasters said the storm probably will hit the Washington, D.C. area instead. One D.C. newspaper said the storm should be called “Snowquester.”
