Dear Editor:

'Re-Regarding the letter from John Heliker' by Andrew Nelson.

First, let me say I do agree with Mr. Nelson's 'view' of security at city hall here in Hoboken. Though plainly the two 'friendly ' greeters could plainly see that I wanted to make a payment. Isn't that what city hall is all about , taking peoples money?

What was uncalled for was how I was treated! Have had 'trouble ' with the same 'friendly' greeters before! In fact, last time I mentioned the 'friendly' greeters to a woman upstairs on the second floor whom I had an appointment with, well, she just had a big smile on her face, I’m sure she's heard stories like this before! In closing, I just hope that someday Hoboken City Hall will become more 'people friendly', and not someplace you dread having to go into!

John Heliker
