One would expect better

Dear Editor:

Shame on Theresa Castellano, First Ward Councilwoman. One would expect better of elected official when writing to respond to a critical letter.

There is no need to take the low road indicating anyone who objects to her decisions should be belittled or called names. She was so petulant that you could almost hear her stamping her foot as she wrote her letter. She should also keep in mind that one cannot be an “independent” when voting in a bloc as she has done consistently with the other three in opposition to anything Mayor Zimmer proposes. Ms. Castellano is a member of a anti-Zimmer group and should accept that fact, which negates her so-called “independence.”

Thank you,
Michael Petrikat

Not sure anyone was expecting Councilandwoman Castellano to react in any differently than she did. It is true to form.

The forwarding of document is shocking.
