Regarding your story on the 32nd Street traffic light, I think the best solution for this problem is to put a left-turn signal at the intersection.I hope it doesn't take a fatal accident where someone will lose their life in order for something to be done about it.
I've seen things get done in this town for improvement, and I hope that they continue that move for improvement.
