What are the candidates going to do to clean homeless people off our streets?

Dear Editor:

One quality of life issue that Hoboken's politicians and political hopefuls are failing to address is that of Hoboken's vagrants. Although their number is small, these individuals have gotten increasingly brazen in their antics and panhandling, and are starting to take a toll (literally) on the every day lives of Hoboken's residents. They threaten Hoboken's promise to be a nice place to live and raise a family. Given the high taxes and rents Hobokenites pay to live in this town, Hoboken certainly has the resources necessary to clean its streets of these people, and free the rest of us from their harassment and intimidation.
