This June 21 marks the summer solstice and the one year anniversary of Hoboken's noise control ordinance #133.
For those with reasonable hearing skills it is painfully obvious that there has been little or no enforcement of this ordinance.
Therefore, I strongly urge all interested parties to sign the petition that will soon be circulating within the city asking for strict enforcement of this important law.
