Weehawken kids share their feelingsThe Reporter recently asked local children how they feel about going back to school this week. This is what they had to say:

Patrick Howitz, 12

"I'm excited to see my friends I haven't seen all summer. I like math and English."

Sam Ziebel, 11

"This summer was fun. I went away with my dad. Going back to school is always cool. I'll see some of my friends I haven't seen for a while."

Megan Lee, 10

"I went to Florida with my family. We had a good time. I didn't want to come back but I can't wait to see my friends. I want to know more about computers."

Chris Correa, 13

"I had a really good summer at camp. I don't want to go to school because it gets boring. I want to play with the computers when I go back."

David Wright, 12

"School is hard. We might wear uniforms and I don't want to do that. I'm good at science."

Katey Howitz, 10

"I'll most likely be happy to be going back. I don't like the teachers [who] get mad if I do something wrong."
