If you live in the 3rd Ward, an opportunity for qualified and sincere representation will shortly exist.
On the November 4th ballot you will see that the bottom half of the voting machine have the candidates seeking the Ward Council seat.
I am convinced that the only candidate who will give us independent and qualified representation is Michael Russo - 8F.
