I would like to commend the Mayor of Union City, Brian Stack, for all of the hard work and tireless effort he devotes to improving the quality of life in Union City. The new "Juan Pablo Duarte Park" on 33rd Street and New York Avenue is a beautiful, kid-friendly environment for children and parents alike to enjoy any day of the week. This is one of Hudson County's best and most inviting parks. Also, the fact that there will always be a park keeper available provides parents and citizens with a great sense of ease. This is a beautiful safe haven for our city's youth.
We also recently celebrated the grand opening of the "Ronald Dario Uptown Pool," another beautiful place for the children of Union City to enjoy, swim and relax. It is truly amazing to see that the Mayor and Commissioners are not only putting the City of Union City first, they are putting the children of Union City first as well.
Union City is changing for the better every day. I urge everyone to come out and support our Mayor in his unwavering mission to make the City of Union City a better place to work and play.
