A few months ago after along week of a grueling work and school schedule, compaigners came to my door. They wanted me to sign a petition to support an elected board. At the moment I did not realize what I was signing. I later found out that I signed against the appointed board. That infuriated me. In my exhausted state I was pressured and lied to. The campaigners had told me that they were supporters of the appointed board. I am livid and offended on being treated this way. I'm sure that I don't stand alone on this issue. I'm sure many more were deceived as well.
An appointed board has done wonders for my child, and I want to apologize profusely on making such a grand error.
