I am damn mad about a recent letter in this column from Angelo Nanfro. It is just another letter from a clueless, angry, arrogant liberal Bush basher.
First of all, how can he excuse terrorists who he says "claim" to be attacking policies of America and not the people. Excuse me?? My cousin was killed on 9/11 and I can assure Mr. Nanfro that the terrorists did it. They killed my cousin; they did not kill our policies. They killed my cousin and thousands other! How dare Mr. Nanfro even try to explain the behavior of those monsters who attacked us. Furthermore, for Mr. Nanfro to suggest and again excuse the terrorists, that the only reason they may attack again is because President Bush was re-elected is pure and simple ignorant. Bush had nothing to do with the WTC attack. Remember folks, and especially Mr. Nanfro, the terrorists have been killing Americans way before Bush's presidency. Remember the first WTC attack? Remember USS Cole? Those were on Clinton's watch. But, I don't hear liberals speak of that. Should we blame Clinton? To be correct, neither Bush nor Clinton attacked us sir, the terrorists did! Don't insult our intelligence by suggesting anything else!
Mr. Nanfro owes an apology to all of us who lost loved ones during any and all terrorist attacks. Jeannie Lopez
