Hosted by France Garrido, the presentation will showcase seven artists whom Garrido felt best represented the mystical in their work.
"Mystical means other worldly," she said. "Things of mystery. Things of esoteric quality. Spiritual. They could be religious, but not necessarily. These artists represent that in their work. They're seekers."
Seven artists are slated to appear, each answering questions as they show 10 to 25 slides and explain their motivation.
The show starts at 6 p.m. at the Jersey City Museum. The show is free, and lasts for two hours. q
