Dear Editor:

As a parent of a child at Elysian Charter, I am writing to voice my support for the Roberts Team of Mayor David Roberts, Councilman Ruben Ramos, Jr., Terry LaBruno and Peter Cammarano.

I would first like to remind everyone that in 1995 Mayor Roberts, along with Senator Bernard Kenny Jr., organized the first forum on charter schools in the state of New Jersey. This forum led to the successful passage of the state legislation that paved the way for charter schools, as we know them today. Mayor Roberts is a personal friend and I can tell you there is no fiercer advocate for family, parents and quality public education.

Mayor Roberts and his team are people of passion, vision, courage and integrity. Parents and children across this great city would be lucky to have four years of David Robert's leadership.

Please join me in voting for the Roberts team on Tuesday, June 14th. Thank you very much.
