Regarding the city's response to my deputy mayors question

Dear Editor:

I would like to take this opportunity to submit a little rebuttal to Ms. Jennifer Morrill, Press Secretary, City of Jersey City, for her erroneous statements and comments directed at me, together with her incomprehensible summary referring to my article "Do we really need two Additional Deputy Mayors?

Keeping in mind with the Great Spirit of Christmas and electrifying anxiety of the approaching New Year. The most descent reply and holiday contribution I can offer is some very good sound solid advice coupled with the joyous extension of hope and good will.

My response will be appropriately sound, strong, short, sweet and directly to the point by quoting to Ms. Morrill and the Healy Administration these most important immortal words of President Abraham Lincoln: " You can fool some of the people most of the time, and most of the people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time."
