Kids of all ages celebrated Halloween in Hoboken at the Ragamuffin Parade on Friday, Oct. 31. The annual pageant rambled down Washington Street from 14th to Fifth Street before veering east to the Little League Field at Stevens Park.
Prizes were awarded for best costumes, including a new category for Best Costume Made from Recycled Materials (or that addresses Global Warming) in an attempt to increase awareness of environmental issues.
