A funeral mass was offered for Jan. 25 at St. Philip RC Church Marilyn A. Callahan, 69, of Clifton. She passed away Jan. 21. Born in Jersey City, she resided there for 64 years until moving to Clifton five years ago. Marilyn worked as an account supervisor for Medcon in Rutherford for the last 24 years. She was a parishioner of St. Philip RC Church in Clifton and a former parishioner of St Nicholas RC Church in Jersey City where she served as an officer and past president of the Our Lady of Fatima Society, past president of the PTA, board member of the CYO, and as an avid bowler organized and ran the bowling league for St Nicholas.

Marilyn was predeceased by a daughter, Sherri Ann Callahan; by her parents George Williams Sr. and Dorothy (Haining) and by a brother George Williams Jr.. A mother and grandmother, she was survived by a son, Richard Callahan Jr. of Union City; a daughter, Robyn Sue and husband Kevin Lord of Clifton; by nine grandchildren, Richard Bray, Meghan, Kierstyn, Courtney and Dylan Callahan, Kayla, Kevin John, Kage and Kenzie Lord; by a sister Dorothy Francis of Little Ferry, by many nieces and nephews and by her work family. Services arranged by the Allwood Funeral Home, Clifton.
