To the Editor:

Once again, I have to commend Mayor Mark Smith and the City of Bayonne for the great job done removing snow and ice during the snow storm. The streets were quickly cleaned and made safe for all Bayonne citizens. I shouldn’t be surprised, though, because Mayor Smith has always demonstrated his concern for seniors and all of our fellow citizens. I think he is doing a great job as our mayor. He really seems to care about people and he’s doing his best to keep city spending under control. Every time I see him around town, he always has a nice smile and big hello for everyone he meets. I hope he’s the mayor for a long time.

Smith should not be re-elected

In an answer to Smith reducing the budget deficit by 40%.

Any Mayor who sells property for 50% less than its value with income and does not collect taxes .................................should not be re-elected.

That's what the present Mayor Smith has done.

With the consent of all present council team

tax (property) increase for 5 years.

...... All deserve not to be Re-elected...
