A mass of Christian burial was celebrated March 15 at St Anthony of Padua RC Church, Jersey City, for Lucy Wolff, 92. She passed away March 11. Lucy was born in Jersey City and spent her life here, moving to Milford, Pa. in 2006 to be near her son Daniel and his family. Lucy was the co-owner with her late husband Stanley of Stanley’s Clothes on Grove Street for over 50 years. She was very active in the Polish community of Jersey City. She was a member of the Pulaski Parade Committee, an active parishioner at St Anthony of Padua RC Church and was instrumental in the creation of the Katyn Memorial at Exchange Place. Lucy was predeceased by her husband, Stanley. She leaves behind two sons, Dr. Daniel Wolff (wife Rocio) and Leonard Wolff (wife Irene); a sister, Ann Maly; five grand-children, Elizabeth, Karenina, Christine, Monica and Michael; and nieces and nephews. Services arranged by the Plaza Funeral Home, Jersey City.
