Hudson Theatre Ensemble’s latest production from their Silly on Sixth Children’s Series is “The Little Engine That Could,” an adaptation with music, song, and dance that will entertain children ages 3 to 10 and their families.

The timeless classic about a little train that uses will and belief in herself to overcome obstacles has been a major inspiration for many generations of children.

In the 14th season of the Silly on Sixth series the show includes memorable music, an all-adult cast, and a dancing doll courtesy of Garden Street School of the Performing Arts.

The child-friendly, ground-floor, air-conditioned theater is completely barrier-free and accessible to persons with disabilities.

And if your child has a June birthday, incorporate Silly on Sixth and “The Little Engine That Could” into your birthday plans. The entire audience will sing “Happy Birthday” to your child, and the kids meet the actors after the show. Call Florence for details at (201) 377-7014.
