Jill Biggs named to Wall Street Journal/Real trends List of Top U.S. Real Estate Professionals

Jill Biggs, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Hoboken, has been recognized as being among the top 200 real estate sales professionals in the nation based on sales volume by the 2014 Real Trends/The Wall Street Journal “Top Thousand”. The report ranks America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2013 annual sales volume and transaction sides.

Biggs was the No. 1 Hoboken agent for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York for 2013. Out of the more than 3,000 agents in the entire company, Biggs ranked No. 2 based on gross commission income and No. 3 in total units sold for the year.

This includes the New Jersey Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, which she earned at the Bronze Level in 2006 and 2007, the Silver Level in 2008, the Gold Level in 2009 and uppermost Platinum Level from 2010-2013.
