Virginia tornado claims Jersey City teenager

JERSEY CITY -- Critically injured as a result of tornado striking the camp ground in Virginia, Lheandrew Balatbat, 13, was pronounced dead on Aug. 10.

A resident of Jersey City, Lheandrew had survived the tornado that killed both of his parents Lord Balatbat and Lolibeth Ortega.

The family had been on vacation from their Jersey City residence when the tornado struck and toppled a tree onto the tent in which the family was saying.
