Gerard Truglio of Hoboken was promoted to Chief Master Sergeant in the Air Force on March 2, 2009. Sergeant Truglio was born and raised in Hoboken, New Jersey. He entered the Air Force in September of 1982. He served his first two years as an Administrative Specialist at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona. He then went on to serve a 3-year special duty assignment at RAF Alconbury as a Postal Specialist. Sergeant Truglio entered the Paralegal Career Field in April of 1988.
