The web site PolitickerNJ.com reported on Tuesday that former Jersey City Ward C City Council candidate Jimmy King has filed a legal complaint against the winner, Nidia Rivera Lopez, claiming that Lopez is a Florida resident and has a Florida residence. Read the article HERE.
