To the Editor:

I would like to acknowledge everyone who made the 2009 Pulaski Day Parade Bayonne Marshal’s Sashing Luncheon the great success that it was.

Thank you to the Pulaski Parade Memorial Committee’s members, especially Mrs. Florence Romelczyk, luncheon chairman; Hon. Richard A. Rutkowski; Hon. Joseph I. Makowski; Mrs. Regina Rutkowski; and, of course, Richard M. Romelczyk, the committee’s president.

Thank you also to Hon. Mark A. Smith, mayor of Bayonne; Hon. Doreen DiDomenico, chairperson of the Hudson County Board of Chosen Freeholders; Dr. Patricia L. McGeehan, superintendent of schools; and Mrs. Evelyn Taraszkiewicz, director of social studies and English.

And, of course, thank you to my family, friends and all the guests who attended.
